Role Overview One Acre Fund Nigeria is seeking a People Analytics Coordinator to strengthen the accuracy, integrity, and strategic use of workforce data within the People Operations function. This role is designed for a highly analytical professional with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to translate employee data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and employee experience. The People Analytics Coordinator will play a central role in maintaining reliable human resource records, generating workforce analytics, supporting compliance processes, and enabling data-informed decision-making across the Nigeria programme.
