Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of IRR’s digital communications activities. 1. Digital content development The officer will transform material from the Race & Class journal, research publications and organisational archives into accessible and engaging digital content. This may involve adapting complex research for different online platforms and audiences. 2. Online audience engagement The role includes developing ways to engage IRR’s core audiences and online communities through social media, websites, email lists and other digital channels. 3. Digital analytics and impact monitoring The successful applicant will monitor the impact of communications activities, analyse audience engagement and report on relevant digital performance indicators. 4. Educational resource development The officer will help develop educational materials from archival content and support a major IRR programme involving events, education and collaborations across three regions of England. 5. Team collaboration The role requires close collaboration with the Communications Coordinator and wider team to deliver consistent communications that align with the organisation’s programmes and anti-racist mission.
