Successful applicants will receive access to professional training in Homecare Management, equipping them with practical skills, workplace readiness, and opportunities for dignified and sustainable employment. About the WINGS Scholarship The WINGS Homecare Management Scholarship has been designed to empower women through skills development and workforce inclusion. The programme focuses on preparing participants for careers in homecare and domestic support services, sectors that continue to experience growing demand for qualified professionals. The scholarship combines technical training with professional standards, career preparation, and employment-oriented learning experiences. The programme is primarily targeted at women seeking opportunities for employment, career development, and economic empowerment through professional homecare training.
