The intern will contribute to the management and development of CLEAR Global’s online community. Key responsibilities include helping manage the organization’s Discourse community space, including organizing categories, channels and topics and supporting basic administration. The intern will also help keep the community active by starting and following up on conversations, encouraging members to share experiences and identifying opportunities for new discussions. Other responsibilities include: Moderating online conversations to promote constructive and respectful discussions. Supporting community members with questions and basic Discourse navigation. Helping coordinate community-led projects using platforms such as Discourse and Slack. Following up with contributors to maintain momentum on collaborative activities. Supporting the planning of online community events. Helping identify event topics and formats. Supporting speaker coordination and event logistics. Assisting with scheduling, registration and participant communication. Gathering feedback and maintaining basic records of participation and engagement.
