The READ Foundation is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager Education based in Diamer. This full-time role focuses on strengthening educational systems, improving academic outcomes, and expanding access to quality education within underserved communities. Key Role Objectives The Assistant Manager Education will play a critical role in driving academic excellence and operational efficiency across schools in the region. Primary objectives include: Expanding access to education through new school development Enhancing teaching quality and student performance Strengthening school systems and operational standards Supporting long-term strategic planning in the education sector Core Responsibilities The role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on operational management. Key responsibilities include: School Development and Expansion Lead the establishment and operational setup of new schools Support infrastructure and programme planning Strategic Planning Assess needs of existing schools Integrate findings into annual regional plans Academic Excellence Ensure implementation of academic calendars and interventions Promote student development and character-building initiatives Monitoring and Evaluation Track performance of teaching and administrative staff Encourage continuous improvement through feedback and support Compliance and Governance Ensure adherence to organisational policies and operational guidelines Maintain compliance with audit requirements Reporting and Data Management Prepare accurate reports and data analyses Provide insights to support decision-making at management level Required Qualifications Candidates must meet the following academic and professional criteria: Education Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Linguistics, or a related field Experience Minimum of 3 years in educational administration or management Proven track record in managing educational programmes or institutions Desired Skills and Competencies Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong leadership and organisational abilities Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making Effective communication and stakeholder engagement Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments Commitment to improving education outcomes in underserved areas Job Details Position: Assistant Manager Education Organisation: READ Foundation Location: Diamer Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month Application Deadline: 29 April 2026 Application Process Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through the following methods: Submit a resume via email to the organisation Apply online through the BrightSpyre platform Important considerations: Preference may be given to candidates residing in Chilas Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Applicants may be required to complete a written test and interview No travel or accommodation allowances will be provided Internal applicants must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) Why This Role Matters Education is a critical driver of social and economic development.
